The Club looks fantastic in the pictures and we can assure you it's amazing when you come in for a look around. You will be greeted by friendly staff in our chic reception and coffee lounge (wi-fi available). Our ground floor leads to the luxury changing facilities and shower areas.

You can get straight into the action in Studio One, on this floor, where you can choose from an extensive group fitness timetable - all free of course with your membership! Stairs lead to a large air conditioned gym, packed with all the latest cardio vascular and resistance equipment from the world’s leader Technogym.

The gym also has an extensive free weights area with two Technogym Radiants at it centre. The Kinesis Studio on this floor is the largest of its kind in Ireland click here for more information.

Studio Two is also on this floor where you can take part in our Spin Classes. We have 30 of the latest Keiser M3 Studio cycles, and Virtual Spin (a forty minute workout following a simulated virtual world cycle) so there is always room to catch a class.

Worked out? Or just want to de-stress and unwind? Back on the ground floor our quiet area is the perfect place to spend some quality me time. Try out our bubbling hot whirlpool Spa or light therapy in one of our two Steam Cabins.
